We make ongoing design support simple and organized. You submit requests through a dedicated project management system where your team can track progress, manage priorities, and much more. Every project goes through a two-stage quality assurance process before it reaches you for approval. We work closely within your brand guidelines and creative brief, and the art director assigned to your account reviews each project to make sure it meets both your standards and ours.

Our turnaround times depend on the project’s complexity. Most first drafts are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. After you share feedback, revisions are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on complexity.

We onboard clients based on current availability so we can assign the right dedicated team to your account. In most cases, onboarding takes about one week to complete materials, finalize the agreement, and align on the right package. Once your onboarding session is complete, your team can begin submitting projects that same day.

Marketing Force is built for marketing deliverables, Pro Force is designed for product design support, and Full Force is best for teams that need broader creative support across multiple capabilities. Each plan includes monthly hours: 20 hours for Marketing Force, 25 hours for Pro Force, and 40 hours for Full Force. You can submit as many projects as needed within that capacity. The Monthly Plan gives you month-to-month flexibility, while the Annual Plan offers a lower monthly rate with a 12-month commitment. Yes. You can submit multiple projects at the same time, and revisions are not capped by number. Work is prioritized based on the dates you need projects delivered, and both projects and revisions are completed according to the available hours in your plan.

We bill based on your team’s design hour needs, rather than on a fixed monthly date. If your rollover hours cover the work needed, you may not be billed that month. Invoices are sent to you or your billing contact, and payment can be made by major credit card, ACH, and checks.

Rollover hours are unused hours from your monthly plan that carry over into future months. This gives your team flexibility to use hours when project needs shift, rather than losing unused time at the end of each month. Rollover hours remain available up to a year as long as your subscription stays active.

No. There are no startup fees, agency fees, or hidden charges.

Yes. If your support needs change, your Account Manager can help you upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your monthly hours. Monthly Plans can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Annual Plans can also be canceled at any time, though a cancellation fee applies. Visit our Pricing page for full plan details.

Design needs can shift from month to month, and your Account Manager can help adjust your level of support accordingly. Unused hours continue to roll over while your subscription remains active. If your account stays inactive for an extended period, we may offboard the team and help determine the best next step when you’re ready to restart.

You do. All work created for your business is fully owned by you.

Yes. We provide finalized source files on request.

At this time, copywriting is the only add-on service we offer, and it is available to customers with an active Design Force plan.
