FAQ
We bill based on your team’s design hour needs, rather than on a fixed monthly date. If your rollover hours cover the work needed, you may not be billed that month. Invoices are sent to you or your billing contact, and payment can be made by major credit card, ACH, and checks.
Rollover hours are unused hours from your monthly plan that carry over into future months. This gives your team flexibility to use hours when project needs shift, rather than losing unused time at the end of each month. Rollover hours remain available up to a year as long as your subscription stays active.
Yes. If your design needs change, just let your Account Manager know and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly. Plans can be scaled up or down based on your team’s demand.
Both plans give you access to the same Design Force model and allow unused hours to roll over as long as your subscription remains active. Our Annual Plan is a better fit for teams looking for longer-term, consistent support and added savings, as it includes special pricing advantages. Our Monthly Plan is ideal for teams that want more flexibility month to month.
If you need more hours to complete the work in your queue for the month, simply reach out to your Account Manager. Additional hours can be added as needed, and any time beyond your plan’s allocated hours is billed at your package’s hourly rate. If you expect to need more support on an ongoing basis, your Account Manager can also help adjust your monthly hours.
You can choose the plan that fits your needs. Our Annual Plan includes a 12-month commitment, while our Monthly Plan is month-to-month, giving you flexibility to scale up or down as needed.
Marketing Force includes 20 hours per month, Pro Force includes 25 hours, and Full Force includes 40 hours. You can submit as many projects as needed within your plan’s available hours, and if you need additional capacity, you can add hours or adjust your plan.
If you’re on a Monthly Plan, simply provide 30 days’ notice to your Account Manager, and your plan will be canceled at the end of that notice period. If you’re on an Annual Plan, you can cancel at any time, though a cancellation fee will apply. Visit our Pricing page for full plan details.
Yes. Add-on services like copywriting can be added to an active design plan and are billed separately from your plan’s included design hours.
